Three Shires, Batched PFI

This innovative scheme includes the design, construction, maintenance and financing of new mental health facilities in Leicestershire, Derbyshire and Lincolnshire. The three schemes benefit from having the same design team and construction team allowing wherever possible the use of universal systems and specifications, which result in increased quality at a competitive price.

The new facilities range from mental health in-patient units through to a community hospital. The accommodation in each is design to meet specific local needs and ranges from a single building to a cluster of four buildings containing in-patient beds.

As well as design and construction services, Carillion provides the on-going maintenance services which include security, estates and ground maintenance, pest control and helpdesk services.
