Bristol LIFT

Carillion Building is the delivery partner for Bristol Infracare LIFT. The team has delivered projects at Fishponds Primary Care Centre, Hampton House Primary Care Centre, Shirehampton Primary Care Centre and Whitchurch Primary Care Centre.

Since the LIFT was established in May 2004 four new health centres have been completed in Bristol. For all of them Carillion has provided the design and construction and is providing maintenance services for the operational facilities. All of the new buildings include retail pharmacies and one of the developments includes third party office space.

Further schemes are in the advanced stages of planning, These include a new community hospital that will set a new standard in modular construction and be the largest modular community hospital in the UK.
