Carillion is the main contractor for this Public Private Partnership contract to build nine new schools – five primary and four secondary – in Renfrewshire.

Our integrated approach to the provision of educational solutions to meet a wide variety of needs is designed to provide optimum flexibility in the constantly evolving world of education. The new facilities will create first class accommodation to meet the combined needs of full-time education and community learning.

Carillion has liaised with the facilities management provider in finalising a design solution that will allow them to manage the schools with the greatest of efficiency. The two parties have worked closely together and delivered best practice in terms of security and the safety of the facilities’ users.
